Catch a lost phase or a sagging feed before it takes equipment down. The AC Power Sensor Kit turns each phase of your three-phase supply into a clean analog signal your GPX reads, trends and alarms on.
The kit uses a CR Magnetics CR4870 average RMS AC voltage transducer for three-phase, four-wire (wye) services up to 500 V. It produces three isolated 0–5 VDC outputs, one per phase, that wire straight into three GPX analog inputs. No extra interface hardware is needed.
A 0–250 V version (CR4870-250) is available for lower-voltage services; contact us to order it.
Compatibility: GPX-32, GPX-32 Pro and GPX-8 Pro. Uses three analog inputs.
Connect L1, L2, L3 and neutral from the service to the transducer inputs; this side should be installed by a qualified electrician. Wire the three 0–5 VDC outputs to three analog inputs on the GPX. On a GPX-32 or GPX-32 Pro, set that input bank to the ±5 V range. On a GPX-8 Pro, set each of the three inputs to ±5 V in SLS WebControls. Scale each channel to read 0–500 V, then set alarm limits for high, low and lost phase.
